Good Sunday Morning Everyone,
I had to take a couple of rest days as my DH was painting the basement where I work out. Today I did a mix of 2023 Killer Legs for about 30 minutes. I added on MPL for 15 minutes of very tough body weight moves. That’s it for me. I hope to see you all tomorrow!
