I think I posted before about foam roller express core workout. Still would like to see that, but I
thought of another – Balance disc standing/floor core express workout… the STS 2 ab workouts with weight plates are favorites of many, I think, and so many of those standing, floor exercises could be done holding a balance disc, side bends, twists, chops, circumference circles, etc and some of the ones in LMR, like seated elbow to knee, boat pose, etc. I just think it would be a fun twist with the disc on workouts we already love, and another way to incorporate the discs without standing on them. I am sure it would be added to my CatheLive download collection.
