Starting on National Bagel Day, Einstein Bros. Bagels rewards members can receive a free breakfast sandwich with their online or in-app purchase for the rest of January. It’s part of the chain’s special campaign to give customers something to look forward to if those 2025 resolutions have fallen by the wayside.
“Studies show that nearly half of New Year’s resolutions are abandoned by the end of January,” Hector Briones, chief marketing officer at Einstein Bros. Bagels, says in a press release. “So, for those who are ready to give theirs up, and begin enjoying every bite, we think they should start with the most craveable breakfast out there. Which, of course, is made on a fresh-baked bagel.”
2. Manhattan Bagel
When you sign up for Manhattan Bagel’s rewards program, you’re eligible for a free bagel and cream cheese. This is an evergreen promotion so don’t worry if you can’t get to your nearest Manhattan Bagel location.
3. Panera Bread
Between January 15 and 21, Panera Bread is offering a free bagel to rewards members who purchase one of their asiago bagel stack sandwiches. These sandwiches are a new menu item and come in three flavors: chicken Roma, spicy steak and zesty Tuscan.
“Our asiago bagel is a signature item that our guests have always loved for its rich, cheesy flavor, and we realized there was room to showcase it far beyond the breakfast menu as part of this new lineup,” Mark Shambura, chief marketing officer at Panera Bread, notes in a press release. “Our guests are going to love the bold, zesty flavors these new sandwiches offer, with a price that delivers great value for lunch or dinner.”
4. Jeff’s Bagel Run
A bagel and coffee is an unmatched breakfast combo—and Jeff’s Bagel Run is offering a free bagel with any coffee purchase on National Bagel Day. The choice of bagel is completely up to you, so dive into classic flavors like poppy seed, cinnamon sugar and everything or unique options such as cacio e pepe and rosemary salt.
5. Bruegger’s Bagels
Famous for their crisp and chewy New York-style bagels, Bruegger’s Bagels is allowing rewards members to get a free bagel and cream cheese after signing up. This promotion not only runs on National Bagel Day but the entire month of January.
