My Shoulder and Arms Workout


Hi Y’all,

I’ll be training my shoulders and arms today. I’ll start with 120 seconds of bodyweight warmup and after my workout I’ll put in some cardio with 60 seconds of stair running, jump rope and outdoor sprints. Enjoy!
