#3. Mountain Climb to Standing – 60 sec


#4. Plank Rotations – 60 sec

#5. Plank Shoulder Taps – 60 sec

#6. Lunge & Kick – 60 sec

#7. Squat & Punch – 60 sec


#8. Lunge & Twist – 60 sec
