- Meghan Trainor, 30, just opened up about wanting a “boob job.”
- The mom-of-two said it’s because her breasts are now “saggy sacks” after a recent weight loss.
- She’s interested in a lift and possible implants.
Meghan Trainor is opening up about big plastic surgery plans.
During a November 20 episode of her podcast Workin’ on Upgrades, the “All About That Bass” singer joked that this is a “clickbait move.” “I’m getting a boob job,” she said plainly.
The 30-year-old, who shares two boys with husband Daryl Sabara, was clear about why she decided to have her breasts done. “My mommy boobies were full of milk and now they’re empty and then full of milk and now they’re empty,” she said. “They got big, they got small, they got big, they got small. I’ve lost some weight and I have sags… just like saggy sacks as boobs.”
Hopefully, the procedure would impact the clothes she wears on-stage. “What’s really difficult is trying on all these amazing outfits for tour and for shows coming up,” she said. “I have to wear the most supportive bras, and it could ruin the outfit.” The bras are uncomfortable and “squeeze my sides,” she added.
“I’m just getting a lift,” she said. “Maybe a little implant just so they’re like, ‘We are boobs,’ ‘cause right now, they are not. But I love them, love my body.”
Meghan’s part of a larger trend of breast augmentations: Almost 300,000 patients had a breast augmentation in 2022, which was a 4 percent increase over 2019, according to the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS). Breast augmentation is still the most popular cosmetic procedure, but breast lift procedures are also on the rise, per the ASPS.
But Meghan made it clear that she’s been thinking about this for years.
“I’ve been wanting this for years,” she said. “I have wanted this my whole life. I’m going to have boobies that don’t look at the floor, and it’s going to be huge for my confidence.”
