This nice, shorter (~17 min) mobility workout bonus is faster paced than Cathe’s previous mobility offerings (P30, STS2 0). It includes many familiar moves, but in different sequences. It’s energetic with an emphasis on movement. It can be used as a warm-up, an add-on, or even as a short movement snack whenever -which seems to be what Cathe intended. I think I’ll be able to get a lot of use out of it.
ETA: As I think about how to incorporate this, I’m thinking a nice workout would be the LMR Cardio Bonus, the Metabolic Weight-plate Core from STS2.0, this bonus, then a stretch = Cardio, Core, & Mobility. I think I’ll try that!
