Attention Cathe Live subscribers, Thursday January 23 2025 at 9:30am EST, we’ll be doing “Feel The Reps: Upper Body and Core” LIVE! This upper body and core express workout leaves no time for down time. After the warm-up, you’ll start off with core work and then move into nonstop upper body exercise exercises. There is not a lot of rest between exercises so choose your weights accordingly.
Equipment Needed:
A full-size step with four risers underneath each side (to act as a weight bench)
Dumbbells ranging from 5-15 pounds
A full size mat (if you have a mini step mat you might want to additionally use that for this out too)
