#1. Alt. Squat & Bum Kick – 30 secs
#2. Jumping Jacks – 30 secs
#3. Mountain climbers – 30 secs
#4. Jump Rope – 30 secs
I take a 30 sec rest after the jumping rope exercise.
#5. Lunge & Kick Forward – 30 secs
#6. Burpees – 30 secs
#7. Jumping Lunges – 30 secs
#8. Kneeling Rotations – 30 secs
