Hi Everyone,
This month we’ll have a fun mix of weight training, kickboxing and cycle routines. The mix of weights and cardio will keep your muscles and your heart pumping! One off day and one recovery workout day have been included each week. Feel free to swap out the cycle routines for any cardio of your choice if you don’t have a spin bike. Also, feel free to add in a core bonus of choice once or twice per week. Sleep well, eat well, and have fun!
