It seems that alot of times several of us have “hair days” in the same week!
Today I did a short workout: Perfect30 Pumped Lower Body. I have also been walking the dog 5 times a day with my DH away so there’s that too!
Great workout this morning, Linda. You are correct about the timing of our hair appointments. We used to be on the same schedule. I think I threw my schedule off in September so I am not at the salon until next week instead. I hope your appointment is relaxing.

Good choice this AM Siobhan with your lower body workout. Yes, dog walking is exercise too! As a rule,
Jack gets walks usually 3 times a day with going out in the yard interspersed with those longer walks.,
although we don’t walk as far as we used to……..
