Today’s workouts:
Fit Tower-Long & Strong dvd- did warmup, Lower Body workout & Stretch – 16 min Blender- “STS Roundup: Chest, Shoulders & Biceps” – 22 min. YT-Phoenix Nation- 15 min. Ropeless Jump Rope workout
That’s it…….I’m operating on about 3 hrs sleep! I predict a nap this afternoon! It’s a good day, enjoy!
Good Morning Everyone,
I am operating on interrupted sleep. I couldn’t stop following the election. Tough outcome for many (and for others, not so much). That said, today I did 2.0 Lower Body 1 – I modified a bit so ended up doing 45 minutes including my own stretch. I just love the heavy weight. That’s it for me!
