Hydrow Circuit Training – 20 min. Full Body Rowing & Weights EMOM
58 min. of fun and alot of new & different exercises!

Today I did a mix of a Cathe Live – Strong and Fit for bi’s and tri’s – 41 minutes. I added on 5 minutes of BB for upper body. That’s is for me today. I love New Year’s Day. I take the day off (kind of) and just relax.
