Today I did a mix of 2.0 body parts legs for 35 minutes. I added on 10 minutes of BB for upper body. I will do my own stretch now.
Linda – I hope you are just a slow starter this morning
Annette – I am surprised you only go to the gym 2 times a week. It actually feels like you are there a lot more. I’m guessing the gym is more time consuming than working out from home
Nora – you sure got in some solid cardio yesterday!
