Thanks for starting us off Linda! I am glad to see you getting in some workouts again. But mainly – just glad to see you checking in!
Today I did STS Meso 2 for back and biceps – I don’t do the pull up bar segments so it was about 45 minutes. I added on Boho Beautiful pilates for 10 minutes.
Deanna – It sounds like you got hit hard by a flu bug but are finally on the mend. Phew! Nicki – I’m sorry to read that your leg is still bothering you. I hope you figure out the problem and soon. Annette – you got in some cardio yesterday! Nora – another stellar workout from you yesterday
