VideoSki- 10 min. Royal Gorge, Calif. skier workout
STS 2- Standing Abs Metabolic Core workout – 10 min.

Good Morning Everyone,
Today I did a mix of 30 minutes of 2.0 single body part for chest. I added on 10 minutes of abs from YT Tiff & Dan. I re-injured my toe yesterday by working my lower body so back to barefoot workouts . Thank goodness for variety.
