I will be taking a rest day today. I didn’t sleep well last night at all. The dog has been having “tummy” troubles which had her up every two hours. Ugh.

Deanna – it looks like you tried the new workouts? They don’t appeal to me and I’m not sure why. I’ll have to think of them a bit more.
