Today’s workouts: (kind of a longer, but lighter day)
Fit Tower- Slim & Trim dvd- (Warmup, Upper Body workout, Stretch) – 16 min. Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. Rowing & Upper Body AMRAP YT-Redwoods- Cardio drumming w/ Lindsay – 19 min.
