Today I did a mix of S&S PHA warm-up, a Tiff & Dan weighted hiit workout for 40 minutes and added on 10 minutes of a weighted Tiff & Dan abs workout. It was challenging and I loved the moves.
Linda – I am so sorry to read that you will be taking some time away from the check-in and your workouts. Grief is heavy. We are all thinking of you and welcome your posts whenever you feel up for it.
