STS 2-Giant Sets- Premix Express # 3- Group 1 only – 22 min.
Blender- “Ropeless Rows” – 15 min. (alternating jump rope & various rows-weights/barbell)
Hydrow Circuit Training- 19 min. Rowing & Upper Body AMRAP

Today I did more Tiff & Dan – heavy weight chest and back for 30 minutes. I added on a Tiff & Dan ab workout for 15 minutes. I did an STS Meso 3 warm-up. I will do my own stretch now. I won’t be checking in tomorrow as I am visiting a friend overnight.
Linda – I’ll have to check out that premix as I don’t think I’ve ever looked at the 2.0 premixes
Nicki – I’m so sorry about your leg. I hope this is easily treatable with physio and rest
