Blender- “Functional Total Body Express” – 24 min.
Blender- “Functional Mobility Mix” – 25 min.
VideoSki- 10 min. Sugarloaf, Maine skier workout
Last night, I did a short YT-Balanced to the Core- “Pilates Half Roller Full Body Workout” -14 min.
We’ve got SNOW! so……..hopefully I will get the above done as the day goes……I’ve done one, but
my back has been bothering me for awhile and I am sure I am going to have to do Shovel Max too,
so we’ll see how it goes……but….it’ll get done………sometime today!

Today I did STS Meso 3 (?) for shoulders, biceps and triceps. It was 1:07 minutes but I pared down some of the rests or changed a move.
I hope you get your full workout in today, Linda. Sorry to read your back has been bothering you. I’m sure you’ll shovel with caution.
