Good Morning ladies……….

Today’s workouts:

Blender- ” STS2 Total Body: A Different Approach” – 28 min
IFit- Bicep Finisher – 5 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training- 20 min. Rowing & Targeted Upper & Lower Body weights Circuit

I’ll be honest, I didn’t give it my all, but I needed to start doing something…so stiff & sore……..

Yeah!!! I’m so happy to see you starting us of this morning Linda. And, you got in a workout! Congratulations on doing a good long workout this morning :).

Today I did more Boho Beautiful pilates for 47 minutes. It was tough. Geesh. My toe still hasn’t fully healed from that slips weeks back so I am talking a few days off from wearing running shoes while working out.

I hope you all get in your workouts today.

Hi Siobhan, It’s wasn’t easy this morning. just kind of “halfway” doing it…..but I pushed thru’…..

Great job this AM with Boho Beautiful pilates -47 minutes. I’m not a big pilates person, but like some
workouts. I prefer standing pilates more than on the floor.
