Super Bowl Sunday is packed with excitement, but Chipotle wants to keep the celebration going with ‘Extra Sunday.’ On February 10 (the day after the big game), rewards members can enjoy free guacamole and Queso Blanco with the purchase of any entrée. Though other promotions have taken place for freebies in the past, this is the first time Chipotle is giving away both popular items at the same time.
In 2020, the chain launched Queso Blanco on its menu as a replacement for the previous queso option. According to thewebsite, it “uses 13 real ingredients, including aged Monterey Jack, white cheddar, and serrano, poblano and chipotle peppers, to create a smooth queso with just the right amount of spicy kick.” The beloved guac includes Hass avocados, lime juice, cilantro, red onions, jalapeños and kosher salt.

Football fans can score even more free food during the Super Bowl itself! Chipotle is celebrating “all things extra” by rewarding viewers when special in-game moments happen. Think of it like football bingo—but with burritos!
The restaurant chain will give away a free entrée when an “extra” event occurs during the game. Some examples:
The offensive team gets an extra point from a kick.
The offense scores a two-point conversion.
The offensive team converts on a fourth down play.
Chipotle may also deem other events to be “extra” throughout the game, so keep your eyes peeled.

To grab your Extra Sunday freebie, you must be a Chipotle rewards member. Signing up is free and comes with perks like birthday rewards, exclusive discounts and the chance to earn points toward free food.
On February 10, enter promo code ‘EXTRA25’ at checkout on the Chipotle app or website to unlock free guac and Queso Blanco with your entrée.
How to win a free entrée during the Super Bowl
Not a rewards member? You can still snag a free entrée during the Super Bowl. Follow @ChipotleTweets on X or @Chipotle on Instagram—they’ll post a special text-to-claim code during the game when an ‘extra’ moment happens.
Once Chipotle posts the code, be one of the first to text it to 888-222 to score a free entrée. Winners can enjoy a free burrito, bowl, tacos, or salad—but act fast! Only 50,000 free meals will be given away.
