LMR-Functional Core Fusion-dvd mix- 20 min.
IFit- “Max it Out TimeCrunch elliptical workout #8- 20 min.

Good Morning Everyone,

Today I did Cathe’s latest live for lower body. It was fun! I used heavier weights with some moves. I will do my own stretch now. I took a rest day yesterday. I slept in a bit and just couldn’t get myself going.

Nice workout today Linda. You and Deanna are really digging Cathe’s latest workouts.

Siobhan, good job with yesterday’s CL Lower Body. it was a long one, wasn’t it? like 52 min? good for you!
I rarely do one workout that long, but that being said, I just finished making a new blender workout that
came to 50 min!! Wonder when I will do that one? LOL!.
