Today I did Cathe’s latest live for lower body. It was fun! I used heavier weights with some moves. I will do my own stretch now. I took a rest day yesterday. I slept in a bit and just couldn’t get myself going.

I rarely do one workout that long, but that being said, I just finished making a new blender workout that
came to 50 min!! Wonder when I will do that one? LOL!.
