Good Wednesday Morning Everyone,

Today I did Xtrain for Bis/tris for 42 minutes. I will do my own stretch. My upper neck/right shoulder is bothering today from yesterday’s workout. Of course I went heavier than Cathe and am paying for it as I must have pulled something. It’s a bit better this morning.

Annette – great job at the gym. 90 minutes is impressive.
Deanna – your curiosity got you motivated to try even harder Cathe workouts, however short.
Nora – nice mix of Cathe and Kaleigh yesterday
Linda – I suspect a workout posting is on its way

IFit- “San Luis, Costa Rica Bootcamp Treadmill workout”- 14min.

Great job with XTrain Biceps & Triceps- 42 min. Hope your neck/shoulder will feel better…my back/hip
is still bothering me :( sometimes more, sometimes less (sigh)
