Today I managed 30 minutes of STS Meso 1 for triceps and back (I skated over band work and the last 15 minutes). I added on 10 minutes of BB for upper body. I can’t get through this 20 minute workout; it’s that tough. I appreciate everyone’s thoughts and prayers yesterday. You are all so generous.
