Sean Murray and Carrie James
Sean Murray, best known for portraying Timothy McGee on NCIS, was married to his wife Carrie James for nearly 20 years. The couple met in 2004 and married a year later in 2005.
Murray and James welcomed two children during their marriage — daughter Caitlin and son River— though the couple separated in March 2024 after 18 years of marriage and have since filed for divorce.
David McCallum and Jill Ireland
David McCallum (who portrayed Donald Mallard) was married to his first wife, actress Jill Ireland, for 10 years. The couple met while filming Hell Drivers (1957) and wed in May 1957. They welcomed three children together during their marriage, but divorced in 1967.
David McCallum and Katherine Carpenter
McCallum met second and long-term wife, Katherine Carpenter, on the set of a photo shoot in 1965 for his TV series, The Man From U.N.C.L.E (1964-68). They walked down the aisle in 1967 and were married until McCallum’s death in 2023.
“Katherine and I are two halves of a whole,” McCallum said of his wife. “We work well together, and when problems come along, we solve them. The best thing about a marriage is you find out what the other person wants and make damned sure they get it.”
McCallum and Carpenter welcomed two children together during their marriage, son Peter and daughter Sophie. McCallum sadly passed away in 2023 at age 90.
Mark Harmon and Pam Dawber
The love story between NCIS’ Mark Harmon, who portrayed Leroy Jethro Gibbs, and his wife, Mork & Mindy star Pam Dawber, is as sweet as they come. A friend of both Harmon and Dawber wanted to set the actors up through a group date, but Harmon had other ideas. He decided to simply just call Dawber on the phone rather than go on that group date.
“I got the number, and I called, and I got an answering machine. I started to leave a message that said, ‘We don’t have to all go out. We could get a cup of coffee or something.’ She was monitoring and picked up. We went out that night and we’re together ever since.”
The couple tied the knot exactly a year after their first date in 1987. Harmon and Dawber welcomed two children together — sons Sean in 1988 and sTy in 1992. The actors have been happily married for 37 years.
Brian Dietzen and Kelly Dietzen
Brian Dietzen, best known as NCIS’ Jimmy Palmer, met wife Kelly Dietzen in the early 2000s. The couple were married in 2004 and have since welcomed two children together. Although Dietzen is private about his family life, he seemingly confirmed his children’s names in an Instagram post as daughter Clover and son Satchel.
Rocky Carroll and Gabrielle Bullock
Rocky Carroll, who portrayed Leon Vance on NCIS, has been with wife Gabrielle Bullock for nearly 30 years. The couple tied the knot in 1996 and have one daughter, Elissa, together.
Pauley Perrette and Coyote Shivers
Abby Sciuto’s real-life counterpart, Pauley Perrette, was previously married to singer/songwriter Coyote Shivers. The former couple got married in 2000 but Perrette filed for divorce in 2006 after allegations of abuse, stalking and harassment were made against Shivers.
Michael Weatherly and Amelia Heinle
Michael Weatherly, who portrayed Anthony DiNozzo, was previously married to actress Amelia Heinle from 1995 to 1997. The former couple first met on the set of a soap opera, Loving, where they were cast as love interests. Weatherly and Heinle had one child together, son August, in 1996.
Michael Weatherly and Bojana Janković
Weatherly met current wife Bojana Janković back in 2007 at a bar. The couple married two years later and have been together ever since. Weatherly and Janković welcomed daughter Olivia and son Liam together.
