I’m not sure if I missed seeing our thread or if everyone decided to take a rest day. Either way, I’m checking.

Here’s today’s workout:

YT- Kaleigh Cohen Cycle-LIVE Indoor Cycling Workout!-35-minute Indoor Cycling Class + ENCORE!= 43 Min
YT- Kaleigh Cohen Strength- 30 min. NO REPEAT Legs, Glutes, & Thighs Strength Training = 33 Min = 33 Min

Whoo Hoo! My blood test came back that my white blood cell count is now in the normal range. Good news!!
