When Alo first launched, it felt like the ultimate activewear brand—a go-to for sculpting leggings, supportive sports bras, and cozy sweats. But now, Alo has evolved into a brand that offers just about everything, from sneakers to outerwear and winter jackets. We’ve even worn its pieces for a night out or a day at the beach (yes, its swimwear is one of our all-time favorites). While it’s definitely on the pricier side ($130 for leggings), our fashion editors agree that Alo delivers on quality, fit, and style. There’s truly something for everyone, and once you invest in a piece, it’s bound to last you for years.
Some pieces I love from Alo are its lifting and compressive Airlift Intrigue Bra and I’m recently obsessed with its new running shoes, the Alo Runner, which have a super thick, cushy midsole to provide protection and bounce during runs. Plus, it has a super breathable mesh upper that keeps the feet from getting stuffy inside the shoe. I was skeptical about a clothing brand launching shoes, but that entire mindset changed when I tried these. I wear them on all of my runs now!

Lululemon is a go-to activewear brand known for creating closet essentials we can’t get enough of. Whether it’s cozy cashmere sweaters (seriously, some of the best we’ve tried) or its cult-classic, buttery-soft Align Leggings, the brand’s collection covers everything from gym workouts to comfortable streetwear. But no matter the piece, the focus remains the same: supporting a fun and healthy lifestyle. Think of Lululemon as your one-stop shop for stylish, active living.

Shopping at Mango feels like I need to add everything to my cart. It’s perfect for women who are looking for sophisticated basic that are perfect for the office, effortlessly pair with anything in your wardrobe, but can still be worn after hours.
Every time I buy something from Mango, I end up wearing it on repeat, proving just how timeless and versatile the designs are. Right now, I’m obsessed with its winter jackets, coats, and chunky, cozy sweaters. Hot take: Its shoes are seriously underrated—I have a pair of leather booties that have carried me through countless long days and late nights without a single blister in sight.

Like Quince, Abercrombie offers budget-friendly pieces that are incredibly versatile, but Abercrombie stands out for covering just about every style need. While Quince leans more toward business-professional essentials, Abercrombie has every dress code covered—from chic fur coats under $150 to flattering, trendy activewear you’ll actually want to wear to the gym. For example, its YPB SculptLux Flare Leggings, some of our all-time favorite yoga pants, come in at under $50—a total steal in our book.

Good American offers trendy clothing at a price point similar to Aritzia, but what really sets the brand apart is its unmatched size range. Its denim—what the brand first became famous for—runs from size 00 to 32 plus, so finding your perfect fit is practically guaranteed. Its designs are also crafted to flatter every body type. For instance, its jeans feature tummy-smoothing technology, options tailored for petites (5’4” and under), and adjusted rises for shorter and longer torsos.

Saladino says Everlane focuses on timeless staples over fleeting style trends. The result: clothes you’ll want to wear forever. Think: everyday slip dresses, crisp white tees, flattering denim, and classic turtlenecks—all at wallet-friendly prices (like $50 for a sleeveless turtleneck). I wouldn’t say it’s pieces are the best for late nights out on the town, but if you’re looking for a dinner-appropriate sweater or your new fave jeans to wear to the office, this is the brand for you. We also appreciate its commitment to sustainability.

Saladino says Aerie makes some of the coziest, most comfortable pieces in her wardrobe. While the brand is best known for its bras, undies, and loungewear that you’ll never want to take off, its other offerings are just as impressive. We’re talkin’ soft Cozy Trousers and the perfectly polished Polo Sweater that’s great for the office. Saladino also raves about its activewear because it’s just as soft as it is compressive and flattering. And the best part? Aerie frequently runs amazing sales, so if you love a good deal, this brand is definitely for you.

Kim Kardashian’s line makes shapewear, basics, and swimwear that are insanely flattering, smoothing, and soft. It’s one of my top brands if you’re after shapewear, intimates, loungewear, basic, tops, swimwear, and the list goes on. Its Fits Everybody T-Shirt Bra is a personal favorite, but the real MVP is the Cotton Jersey Long-Sleeve T-Shirt—I genuinely can’t live without it. Every piece that I’ve tried is incredibly soft, comfortable, and runs true-to-size. The fabrics have just the right amount of stretch and give, yet they always snap back into shape, even after washing. Plus, everything is designed to contour and flatter your body in all the right places.

Skims and Aerie are great for everyday bras and underwear, but Intimissimi takes things up a notch with sexy, lacey lingerie that’s totally wearable, but adds a bit of spice to your evening wear. Its Hypnotic Details Balconette Bra lifts the girls to perfection, but its unique lacey, see-through design adds a touch of fun to your underwear. And, to round it out as one of our fave brands, it also makes some of the most high-quality knits we’ve tried. Just try the sheer, stretchy, flattering, and notably viral Boat Neck Modal Cashmere Ultralight Top and you’ll want to experience everything else the brand has to offer (trust, I own this top in three colors).

If you like to spice up your style, Saladino says Anthropologie is her one-stop-shop for fun, whimsical pieces that add a pop to your wardrobe. We love its shoe offerings, its graphic tees and sweaters, and it has become our favorite destination for dresses of all sorts, from floor-length gowns to short cocktail options. If you pop into its store or take a look online, most everything you’ll see is colorful, bright, and is almost guaranteed to bring a smile to your face.

Office fashion can sometimes feel a bit conservative and stuffy, but J.Crew is changing the game. With its new creative director, the brand has managed to make office wear chic, comfortable, and surprisingly trendy. Example A: its Wide-Leg Trouser, which is baggy but also flattering. And, you better believe that there’s a section on the website just for blazers. Other cool offerings include the Suede and Leather Shoulder Bag that I absolutely must have and a cozy Sherpa Half Zip.

Calling all yogis—Beyond Yoga is about to become your new go-to for soft, stretchy athleisure. Unlike Lulu, which caters to all kinds of athletes, Beyond Yoga focuses on comfort and slower-paced movement. While its pieces aren’t ideal for high-impact workouts, they’re perfect for pilates or a good stretch session. Plus, the buttery-soft fabrics aren’t just comfy—they’re incredibly flattering (because who doesn’t want to look snatched during their flow?). I wear its Racerback Cropped Tank to the gym all the time, and if you need a new pair of leggings, don’t miss out on the Caught In The Midi High Waisted Legging.

It feels like Aritzia has quality pieces for just about every dress code —when I walk into the store, I see slouchy denim, work-appropriate blazers, flattering dresses, soft activewear, bins of socks, and the list goes on. And, every single piece I’ve tried has become a timeless staple in my wardrobe. Although it can get a bit up there in terms of price, I find its pieces to be super high-quality.
If you haven’t tried the brand’s viral Effortless Pant, aka the most flattering trousers in the game, you’re seriously missing out on a booty-lifting pant in your closet. Get them a bit oversized if you want a slouchier look, but I went with my normal size, which hugs me in all the right places and makes my legs look long and lean. Oh, and back to socks: Artizia has the best socks in the game. They’re thick, soft, and come in multiple different heights. Interested yet?
