Today’s workouts:
Blender- “Body Shop:  Shoulders & Biceps”  –  24 min.
Blender- “Functional Foam Roller workout”  –  17 min.
Hydrow Circuit Training-  10 min. Rowing & Total Body EMOM
That’s it…….have a good day!
Today I did a mix of 2.0 Total Body Barbell for 40 minutes. I didn’t do the abs or cool down segments. I moved on and did 10 minutes of BB pilates. I will do my own stretch.
Nice mish mosh this morning Linda. Plus you did some foam rolling. How was that? 
Nora and Deanna – you both got in some of the new workouts yesterday (are these more of a slower/recovery day kind of workouts?)
Annette – I’ll bet you are feeling that long workout today!
