#1. DB Arnold Press – 12 reps
#2. DB Alternating Front Raise – 12 reps
#3. DB Alternating Hammer Curl – 12 reps
#4. DB Lateral Raise – 12 reps
#5. DB Overhead Tricep Ext. – 12 reps
#6. DB Upright Row – 12 reps
#7. DB Underhand Wide Front Raise – 12 reps
#8. DB Bicep Curl – 12 reps
#9. DB Tricep Ext. – 15 reps (alternate sides)
#10. DB Face Pulls – 15 reps
BTW I’ll run this routine for 3 or 4 times.
