This morning I wanted to do one of my favorite CatheLives so I did “Fantastic Elastic” – 46 min. Since it was a longer one and I did the whole workout, that’s it for today.

Today I did Fit Split Boxing, legs & glutes (or something like that). I did half the warm-up and almost all of the 20+ minute leg segments. I added on 18 minutes of BB yogalates.
