Blender- “Abs & Core Toy Store” – 23 min.
YT-Angie Fitness TV- 1 mile Rebounder Power Walk with light weights” – 17 min.
That’s it……..have a good Friday!
Today I did a mix of 2.0 for biceps (single body part workout) – I did 30/38 minutes. I added on 15 minutes of Boho Beautiful Pilates.
Nice mish mosh this morning Linda. You got in a pretty long workout!
Nicki – did I miss something? Did you hurt your leg? I hope today is a better day for working out. I’m focusing on core and upper body too
