I feel pretty confident about the outcome of your election so I don’t feel worried. Here, in Canada, I am concerned but have recently witnessed glimpses of hope.
I took a rest day yesterday. I just had such a busy day that I couldn’t also squeeze in a workout. That said, today I managed S&S RUUB for 47 minutes (it was a bit less as I modified some moves).
Nice workout today Linda! Not too taxing!

Siobhan, I am worried about the election. When we listen to the news and the poll watchers, they all see it differently! And so do the news channels
